An Alternative to Sparklers, Bubbles, and Birdseed

Oh… nothing is more interesting than the combination of guests, alcohol, and sparklers at a wedding sendoff. There are some safer alternatives which are less likely to end up with flaming hair, melted clothing, or EMS involved. How about ribbons?

City Shoot
